"The Project House" - 3111 Mondamin St

I closed on this home on 12/27/02 with the intention of fixing it up in time to move in around April (2003). The home needed cosmetic updating, but the structure was solid and it didn't have any problems we couldn't fix. The bathroom and the kitchen turned out to be the most dramatic remodels because both those rooms were completely gutted down to the lathe. I hope these photos give you an idea of the work that goes into a remodel and one of my favorite hobbies: projects!

	Thanks for taking a look and check back anytime. I will try and update the page as things change, I still have a few ideas left. Once you have a house there are always more projects to work on ...but that's the fun part. - Nick
